GET IN THE RING – the countdown has started for the semifinal of the RING AWARD 20!
A record number of 126 teams with 326 participants from 32 nations followed our call and submitted their stage direction and stage design concepts for the competition opera “Don Giovanni”. In ROUND 1 the RING AWARD jury travelled to Graz from all over Europe to judge the submissions and nominate 9 semifinal teams. These teams have until January 9 to get ready for ROUND 2 with probational rehearsals, concept talks and feasibility studies of the set design.
Saturday, January 20, we invite the interested public to the Next Liberty in Graz Austria, for the Semifinal.
